African - Project
Mission

A Griot forgotten said: "Each generation must discover its mission, fulfill or betray it ". The mission of the African youth is perfectly clear: These are the youth of Africa, to be leaven and artisans in developing the continent, aided by education Sub-all its forms. Contemporary African Art can help.

Our art project is structured around the concept of an Afro. It also includes other initiatives we are currently developing the project as a philatelist with the effigy of the poet of Negritude, Leopold Sedar Senghor which we discover in hindsight his views on art and African culture to the era of globalization and the necessary dialogue between cultures. We will develop this direction with the contribution of the diaspora including Aime Cesaire is a lighthouse.

This concept is available in directions such as:

Déberlinisation Laboratory. Referring to the Berlin Conference of 1884-1885, which decided the arbitrary partition of Africa, even to the formalization of early colonial conquests and their extension is thus charged with a certain symbolism. It is certainly not an actual reference to any questioning of African borders imposed by colonialists but the need for ongoing reflection on the consequences of all this sharing, and his legacy Management this one to the existing development tool.

The lab, founded in 2001 is as its name indicates a melting pot of thoughts about the past and present history of Africa and should lead to prospects for endogenous development of Africa.

All the arts of Africa and all the thoughts and character of carrier recovery of our collective memory and identity have their place. The first element is broken in the system presented in Dak Art 2008.

This for us the one hand, once restored, to jealously guard the preservation of African cultural identity, and secondly, to master science and modern techniques in order to determine the technology choices offered modernity and that would be adapted to different socio-economic current of Africa.

This laboratory is a testing center that invites artists to engage in finding solutions to problems that hamper the development of our societies. It is an appeal to the youth of Africa and the world enter intercultural communications across borders to meet together in an ongoing dialogue and intercultural major challenges of modernity that are inter alia the exclusion and rejection, citizen participation, protecting our environment.

The liberation of our continent and the full development of its peoples can not be achieved without radical economic measures including the cancellation of debt and its transformation, including the interest on the debt towards targets sustainable and harmonious development in economic, political, social and cultural rights.

Utopia or Reality

"The Déberlinisation" the mother concept is cultural and is also connected to a solution called AFRO (Currency imaginary). The African is not a choice but a duty to respond, to help Africans out of their economic dependence. "The AFRO is the creation of a single currency by Africans and for Africa.

The call for applications for what we have called for convenience and in symbolism the Afro, African currency to Artists, Writers, Filmmakers, Musicians, Choreographers, Comedians and critics of all kinds, not forgetting the youth: their contributions to earn interest us to the idea of the necessity of creating a single African currency one of the instruments of our economic liberation through genuine economic integration African whose idea of the single currency is the African symbol, art by writing his own can contribute.

research and upgrading the styling treasure of our clothing as we project design should reflect a contribution in the area.

The project

philatelist with the effigy of the Cantor Senghor of Negritude. We want to present this project in the sense of making the contribution of a living man of culture and outlook as the postage stamp may make the idea sustainable.
