The base of the pavilion is surrounded by water, still this will cool the air in Seville. On the ground floor are of course inputs and outputs, a living room to receive the personalities and a cinema. Floating above the two separately exhibition space. The roof of the pavilion is made of aluminum plates sandwiched with a cushion of air between and is continually doused with water to ensure the building's air conditioning.
